A few issues
convenient location helpful staff broken trash can basic breakfast
The location of the hotel proved quite convenient. Many sites and eateries were close. The staff were genuinely helpful and friendly (especially with directions).
I noted a couple of issues . The bathroom would benefit from some updates. I saw a broken trash can. The breakfast was a bit basic. It didn't quite match the hotel's standard.

a gentle sanctuary
central location lovely coffee sweet detail wide selection
the staff was helpful always, offering directions with care. the room had free water daily, a detail i found so sweet. the location was wonderfully central. breakfast impressed me, it had a wide selection and lovely coffee.
The elevator was sometimes a little slow. I found myself waiting longer at times.

my room included soft robes and a helpful hairdryer. it also had a coffee maker and mini fridge. these small conveniences were cute after long days exploring the city.

the hotel is near the carmo archeological museum. i enjoyed the quiet street despite its central spot. i could easily walk most places from there, avoiding much need for cars or taxis.

amazing stay!
convenient location kind staff cute atmosphere high-class neighborhood
the hotel location proved convenient for exploring key attractions! the staff, especially rafael and his colleagues, were kind. i really felt welcomed and valued . it was like i was staying in a high-class neighborhood!
i noticed some cigarette butts and rubbish outside the hotel, it would be great to see that area cleaned up regularly!

this hotel boasts an excellent location right next to an amazing outdoor museum! i was also conveniently located near the carmo largo. it made exploring the area easy and enjoyable! it is definitely a big win for this hotel.

excellent service great advice
the hotel is close to the main train station and getting to sintra was easy. i appreciated the excellent service and the great advice for how to navigate the area.
the lobby felt small and lacked a convenient taxi drop off point

really good stay in a great location
clear instructions delicious water amazing views helpful staff
i found the front desk staff really helpful with directions.. they gave clear instructions to the nearby parking garage. delicious water infused with fruit was available in the lobby, such a refreshing welcome. our room offered amazing views, and the staff were kind enough to carry our bags up for us when it was ready.
the hotel is a little dated, some areas show wear and tear from use.
